This 19th century rustic Black Forest wall mirror was handcrafted in Austria around 1880. The mirror features an elaborately hand-carved basswood frame designed to resemble natural tree branches, a hallmark of the Black Forest style. Its frame has a deep dark brown finish that almost appears black, accentuating the intricate natural patterns. The mirror plate was replaced during restoration, ensuring clarity. A forged ring on the back allows for simple wall mounting. This Black Forest wall mirror combines historical craftsmanship and practical design, preserved in excellent restored condition.
