regular price $2,650.00
Subtotal: $2,650.00

This 19th century cherrywood pillar cabinet, crafted around 1800 in Austria, is a fine example of furniture from the Josephinism period. The piece features cherrywood veneer surfaces decorated with typical Josephinism marquetry work, highlighted by delicate micro-inlayed maple and nutwood frames. It stands firmly on four hand-carved, pointed cherrywood legs. The cabinet has a single door secured by a twist lock, adorned with a wreath motif and concealing two internal compartments. Additionally, a small drawer provides practical storage. This compact side table or pillar commode is in great restored condition, making it both decorative and functional.
