Japanese Imari Plate With Sea Animals 19th Century, Late 19th Century, Porcelain is a distinctive late 19th century Japan porcelain piece measuring 8.12ʺW × 1.25ʺD × 8.12ʺH. A fun and colorful pale cobalt and gilt 19th C Japanese plate that is hand worked and hand painted. A porcelain plate is decorated with a turtle, a crab, and seashells among cherry trees in bloom on the shore. A one-of-a-kind piece that brings warmth and character to a curated interior.
