This rustic tramp art wall mirror from Austria, dating back to around 1880, displays classic hand carved artistry in basswood. The mirror features a distinctive notch cut design characteristic of tramp art style, with a dark brown, nearly black finish enhanced by a semi-gloss coating. Its elaborate chip-carved frame includes slightly protruding corners adding depth and charm. The mirror plate has been renewed during restoration, maintaining the mirror's excellent condition. A metal clamp is affixed on the back for straightforward wall hanging. This tramp art wall mirror offers a unique rural charm and is preserved in carefully restored condition.
